In group lessons at the official Swiss Ski School Zermatt, experienced ski instructors guide participants through the clearly structured Blue, Red and Black League levels, right up to the Academy. The result: visible progress, safe technique and unforgettable experiences on the slopes of Zermatt.
Swiss Snow League Levels
In the Swiss Snow League, children improve their skiing technique level by level - with clear learning objectives, motivating exercises and lots of fun in the snow. From the first plow turn in the Blue League and parallel turns in the Red League to short turns, carving and freestyle elements in the Black League: each level builds systematically on the previous one.
Thanks to the structured methodology and the experienced ZERMATTERS snow sports instructors, the children make valuable progress - visibly, safely and with fun on the slopes. At the beginning of the course, they are assigned to a suitable Swiss Snow League level according to their ability.
The various levels are described in detail below:
Program Swiss Snow League
In the Swiss Snow League, your child spends the whole day on the slopes together with the ski instructor.
The day begins with the children and the ZERMATTERS guide meeting up together. After a brief exchange, they head off together to the ski area, where the lessons begin. Tailored to the level of the respective league, the children work on their technique - with targeted exercises, lots of movement and fun in the snow. At lunchtime, the group has lunch together. In the afternoon, the lessons continue for another 2 hours. The day ends with the group returning together to the agreed pick-up point.
The highlight of the week is the children's ski race on Friday.
Pick up the kids after the course at 15:00 at the Sunnegga mountain station or at 15:30 at the Sunnegga valley station in Zermatt.
In the low season, Red & Black League and Blue League meet at the tourist office at 08:45. You can also find the meeting point in your Customer Portal (link follows after booking).
