Whether it's a leisurely hike through snow-covered larch forests or a sporty hike over panoramic mountain ranges - our experienced guides know the region like the back of their hand and will ensure that your tour is safe, varied and unforgettable.
Program
Your hiking guide will meet you at the ZERMATTERS home base at the time of your choice. On site, you will equip yourselves with the necessary equipment and discuss the route
During approx. 3 hours you will explore the winter wonderland of Zermatt - not only snowshoeing, but also the surrounding scenery and the feeling of winter sports
Return to Zermatt and say goodbye
Additional costs
- Rental equipment (snowshoes, avalanche transceiver and poles): CHF 15.00 per person, available at the ZERMATTERS Homebase
- Possible train rides (at the Gornergrat Bahn or Zermatt Bergbahnen AGdepending on the route)
- Good waterproof hiking boots
- Small backpack, max. 30 liters
- Comfortable, warm and waterproof hiking clothes
- Water and windproof jacket
- Hat / headband
- Sunglasses and sun cream
- Warm drinks
- Snacks (high-energy food such as chocolate, dried fruit)

The group offer requires a minimum number of 3 participants. A maximum of 6 participants per hiking guide can take part in the tour. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, it is possible that the tour cannot take place.
