For tours lasting several days (from 3 days onwards) a deposit of 50% (incl. in the price) of the total amount will be charged. If the customer cancels such a tour under the cancellation conditions, a processing fee of CHF 300.- will be retained in any case.

Argentière (Chamonix)—Zermatt

Day 1     Meeting your guide either in Zermatt or directly in the village of Argentière (approx. 7km from Chamonix) at the bottom station of the cable car; cable car to ride up to Aiguille des Grands Montets at 3,233m; descending down to 2,532m; ascending via Glacier du Chardonnet to Col du Chardonnet at 3,323m; descending down to 3,091m; ascending to Fenêtre de Saleina; descending to Cabane du Trient at 3,170m.
Day 2     Ascending from Cabane du Trient at 3,170m to Aiguille du Tour; descending via Col des Ecandies down to 2,796m; descending through Val d'Arpette; taxi ride to Verbier; train ride to Cabane du Mont Fort at 2,457m.

 

Day 3     Ascending from Cabane du Mont Fort at 2,457m to Col de la Chauxn at 2,940m; descending down to 2,764m; ascending via Col de Moming at 3,003m to Rosablanche at 3,336m; descending to Cabane de Prafleuri at 2,624m.
Day 4     Ascending from Cabane de Prafleuri at 2,624m to Col de Roux at 2,804m; descending to La Barma at 2,458m; ascending to Cabane des Dix at 2,928m.
Day 5     Ascending from Cabane des Dix at 2,928m in the direction of Col de la Serpentine to Pigne d’Arolla at 3,796m; descending to Cabane des Vignettes at 3,194m.
Day 6     Descending from Cabane des Vignettes at 3,194m; ascending to Col de l’Evèque at 3,392m; descending and ascending to Col du Mont Brulé at 3,213m; ascending to Col de Valpelline at 3,568m; descending via Stockji Glacier and Zmutt Glacier down to Zermatt

Saas Fee/Zermatt—Chamonix
Day 1     Meeting your guide at the church square in Saas Fee at 3.00pm; funicular ride up to Felskinn; ascending to Britannia Hut at 3,030m (1-1.5 hours).
Day 2     Ascending from Britannia Hut at 3,030m to Adlerpass 3,789m (4.5 hours); descending to Zermatt; overnight hotel stay in Zermatt.
Day 3     Cable car ride from Zermatt to Klein Matterhorn at 3,820m; ascending to Breithorn at 4,164m; descending in the direction of Schwarzsee at 2,583m down to Stafelalp at 2,200m; ascending to Schönbiel Hut at 2,694m.
Day 4     Ascending from Schönbiel Hut at 2,694m to Tête Blanche at 3,710m (5 hours); descending to Cabane de Bertol at 3,311m (totalling 6–8 hours)
Day 5     Ascending from Cabane de Bertol at 3,311m to Col de l’Evêque (4.5 hours); descending to Cabane des Vignettes at 3,158m (totalling 6–7 hours)
Day 6     Descending from Cabane des Vignettes at 3,158m via Otemma Glacier; ascending to Fenêtre de Durand at 2,797m (3 hours); descending down to the village of Glacier at 1,549m (totalling 5-6 hours); bus ride to Courmayeur at 1,220m (1 hour); overnight hotel stay in Courmayeur.
Day 7     Cable car ride from Courmayeur at 1,226m to Pointe Hellbronner at 3,462m descending through Vallée Blanche down to Chamonix at 1,030m (in case of poor snow: train ride from Montenvers to Chamonix).

Details

Registration
At the latest by the beginning of the year, i. e. between 1 and 3 months before the tour, so as to give us enough time to make reservations in the mountain huts.
Insurance
All participants must arrange their own insurance (accident insurance and evacuation insurance in case of accidents that occur off-piste).
Requirements
You are an experienced ski tourer and are in very good physical condition. You easily master parallel turns in all types of snow, and ski touring for 5 to 8 hours per day isn't a problem for you.

Bring your friends, pay less! Bring along your friends and get a good deal!
Equipment
Bring warm winter clothing and your ski touring equipment (it’s also possible to rent equipment in any of Zermatt’s sports shops), as well as snacks, a sleeping bag liner and a headlamp.
