CHF 385.-- per person (min. 4-7 persons)
briefing and guiding by our mountain guide, helicopter ride, avalanche transceiver, climbing harness, avalanche shovel and probe, airbag backpack
rental costs for freeride equipment, (skiing boots, freeride skis!, ski poles), taxi/train return ride from Täsch to Zermatt, if necessary
You will meet your guide at the Air Zermatt heliport at the previously agreed time in the morning. After a breath-taking helicopter ride you will arrive at the landing area at 3,562m. After descending steep off-piste terrain for approximately 2-3 hours you will arrive back to Zermatt or Täsch (depending on which descent offers better snow), where the tour will end.
As early as possible, i. e. approximately 2 weeks in advance; short-term registration is possible subject to availability.
All participants must arrange their own insurance.
You are an excellent off-piste skier who feels perfectly comfortable in all types of snow and already have some experience skiing in deep snow!
This tour is available for skiers only (Sorry snowboarders, the terrain is not suitable for you! Alphubeljoch would be a great alternative though).
Don't forget to bring your GoPro/camera—the mountains and glaciers are truly spectacular!
Bring warm winter clothing and your freeride and avalanche safety equipment (shovel and probe, airbag backpack). It’s also possible to rent freeride equipment in any of Zermatt’s sports shops.
