Climbing

Our home climbing area "Eschlbalme" has a lot to offer - from the easy 3 to the tough 8a.
Small but nice and a stone's throw from the centre (approx. 15 min.). During 3 hours you can let off steam climbing - with a great view over the village.

A special adventure awaits you high above the roofs of Zermatt on the Zermatt via ferrata.

The Mammut-via ferrata Schweifinen requires skill, a head for heights and surefootedness. For beginners and children, there is an easier, first part with route A. More experienced climbers can expect spectacular views of far and wide during the 4 - 5 hours of climbing fun.

Sport climbing is varied and requires technical skills as well as sufficient strength and agility, good balance, mental strength and tactical skill.
