Guided Freeride Day Ski in a group

Freeriding is best described as skiing on virgin snow in natural terrain away from the marked and patrolled ski slopes. Enjoy a full day off-piste experience with skis with a ZERMATTERS certified mountain guide (International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation/UIAA – International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations/IFMGA). Regardless of the prevailing snow conditions, we offer you a fantastic, unforgettable adventure in the form of couloirs, glacier descents and unknown terrain. Based on your experience and the snow conditions, we will put together your FREERIDE DAY the day before!

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS:

Minimum 4 persons
Maximum 6 persons

PROGRAM:

08:30 Meeting point with your mountain guide at the Matterhorn Express station, in front of Dorsaz Sport at the gondola level or by arrangement with your guide
You will then take the gondola up to the skiing area
Finally you will start you off piste day and enjoy a full day off piste
1 hour lunch break

REQUIREMENTS :

You must be an expert skier

ADDITIONAL COST:

Ski pass: from CHF 100.00 per day
Taxi ride (optional) to the bottom station
Lunch
Rental eqipment: from CHF 80.00 per day available in a sport shop in Zermatt
Avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe, airbag can be picked up at our office for a special rate of CHF 40.00 (per person) from 05:00 p.m. the day before.The rented material must be returned after the course to the office at 05:00 p.m. at the latest.
